Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. If adequate notice is not received, you will be charged a $25 fee.

Non-appearance for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.

Gratuities
Our staff is always grateful for the acknowledgment of superior service that is symbolized by a gratuity (15 - 20% is customary).

Extended Travel Policy
An additional $10 Fuel Fee will be charged for any service area over 25 miles one way for our therapist to travel.

Maximum travel distance is 40 miles one way.
